![]() ![]() Yonah Dam Park: From Yonah Dam to Walker Creek access the Tugaloo River is mostly mild rapids. This section is occasionally used for river tubing by the locals when Georgia Power is releasing water from the dam. |
![]() Walker Creek boat ramp is the upper most put in suitable for motored boats. This is also an excellent put in for a casual float trip down the Tugaloo to Prathers Bridge or a good take out point for a tube trip from Panther Creek. |
![]() Trembly Bald Resort contains 1, 2, 4, and 8 bedroom original log cabins and an original Stagecoach Inn and a new 5000 square foot lodge. The cabins were moved and restored by local craftsmen using cedar and chestnut interior designs to create their special beauty and authenticity. |
![]() The Johns House: On the right before you get to Prather Bridge Road this charming Victorian cottage was built in 1898 and shows the influence of the era. The front door has a fanlight with sidelights. Slender posts with banisters and trim support the porch roof. The present structure was built around a log cabin. |
